I built this site as part of a multisite installation for Matt Adam Development, serving as the main hub that branches off to individual community sites. While some community sites are phased out as properties sell out, others continue to grow, featuring dynamic maps with real-time lot status, pricing, builder details, and MLS API integration for available properties. This central site offers a comprehensive view of the developer's projects while linking to active communities with up-to-date property information.

Each piano page features conditional contact information and forms that automatically adjust based on the selected location category, providing tailored details for each item.
